What is included?
ImagiSnap, Clear and Bow options are Base Cases sold on their own. QuadGuard sets include one Base Case and one Snap-On Cover. Extra covers, straps, charms and stands are sold separately. Check the included contents of your selected product.
How do I choose a compatible cover?
Choose your exact phone model on both the Base Case and the Snap-On Cover product pages. Check the product compatibility details before ordering.
What is your return and warranty policy?
You can request a refund within 45 days for any reason. If there is a product issue within 18 months, we offer a return or replacement. Contact us for help.
Can I use the base case without a cover?
Yes. The Base Case can be used on its own. Add a compatible Snap-On Cover whenever you want a different look.
Do I need to remove the base to change the cover?
No. You can swap compatible Snap-On Covers while keeping the Base Case on your phone.
Does it work with magnetic accessories?
Yes. You can use MagSafe chargers and stands with the Base Case, both on its own and with a compatible Snap-On Cover attached.
Can I add a strap or charm?
Yes. A connector is included with your lanyard. Additional connectors can be purchased separately if you need more.
What makes the Base Case protective?
