底壳和磁吸背板可以分开购买吗？
They can be sold separately. A product option labelled Snap-On Cover Only does not include a Base Case. A product option labelled Base Case + Snap-On Cover includes both parts. Check the selected option before adding the item to your cart.
磁吸背板可以单独使用吗？
不可以。磁吸背板需要搭配兼容的 CASEBANG ImagiSnap 底壳使用，并不能单独作为手机壳。底壳和磁吸背板必须适配同一手机型号。
如何选择正确的手机型号？
Select the exact device shown on the product page. Similar model names are not interchangeable—for example, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max require different parts. For more detail, see the ImagiSnap Compatibility Guide.
ImagiSnap 支持 MagSafe 或其他磁吸配件吗？
Compatibility depends on the phone, Base Case, Snap-On Cover and accessory being used. Check the specifications on the individual product page. Alignment, case thickness and attached wallets, grips or stands can also affect magnetic attachment or charging performance.
磁吸背板是如何固定的？
The Snap-On Cover attaches magnetically to a compatible ImagiSnap Base Case. Align the cover with the Base Case and make sure it sits flat and even before use. Stop using a part if it is damaged or no longer aligns correctly.
镜面、透明和印刷磁吸背板有什么区别？
Mirror covers have a reflective finish and may show fingerprints or fine surface marks more easily. Clear or translucent covers allow more of the Base Case or phone color to remain visible. Printed covers place greater emphasis on the artwork. Exact materials and finishes vary by design, so check the product images and description.
Can I wirelessly charge with the case installed?
Wireless charging performance depends on the phone, charger, alignment and exact case setup. Remove detachable wallets, grips, stands or power banks unless the accessory is designed to remain attached while charging. 底壳和磁吸背板应该如何清洁？
Separate the two parts and wipe them gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. A small amount of mild soap can be used for stubborn surface marks. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, solvents, rough brushes and prolonged soaking. Dry both parts completely before reattaching them.
如果我下单或收到的手机型号不对怎么办？
Contact CASEBANG support as soon as possible. Order changes are not guaranteed after processing or shipping begins. If the item received differs from the order, provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Customer-selected model returns are handled under the Return and Refund Policy.
定制商品可以退换吗？
Personalized products are made using the submitted design, so changes may not be possible after production begins. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from the submitted order, contact support with the order number and clear photos. Other requests are reviewed under the Return and Refund Policy.
支持国际配送吗？
Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. Some products, including items with batteries, may have additional destination or carrier restrictions. Review the current Shipping Policy before ordering.
我的订单什么时候能送达？
Processing and transit times vary by destination, product type, carrier, customs and seasonal demand. The estimate shown at checkout, the current Shipping Policy and the tracking information issued after shipment are the best references for an individual order.
Which payment methods are available?
