ImagiSnap Compatibility Guide
ImagiSnap compatibility depends on the exact phone model and the two parts selected. A complete ImagiSnap phone case uses a compatible Base Case and Snap-On Cover. Do not assume that parts made for different phones, sizes or brands are interchangeable.
The Base Case is the fitted protective foundation around the phone. The Snap-On Cover is the magnetic design layer that attaches to it. Both parts must be offered for the same device option.
Compatibility Rule in One Sentence
Choose the exact phone model first, then choose a Base Case and Snap-On Cover that are both listed for that model.
For example, an iPhone 16 Pro Base Case should be paired only with a Snap-On Cover offered for iPhone 16 Pro. An iPhone part should not be used with a Samsung Base Case, and a Pro Max part should not be assumed to fit a Pro model.

A Snap-On Cover by itself is not a complete protective phone case. First-time customers need a Base Case and Snap-On Cover, or a complete combination where that option is available.

Does One Snap-On Cover Fit Every Base Case?
No. Phone dimensions, camera openings and edge structures differ. Even when two devices look similar, a cover may not align correctly with the camera area or Base Case structure.
Some store option labels may still use older wording such as “Back Cover.” In CASEBANG product guidance, the interchangeable design part is called the Snap-On Cover.
Can iPhone and Samsung Parts Be Mixed?
No. iPhone and Samsung phones use different shapes, camera layouts and case dimensions. Select both components for the same exact brand and model.
Can Covers Be Reused After Changing Phones?
Do not assume that a Snap-On Cover from an older phone will fit a new model. Reuse is possible only when the live product options explicitly show that the same component is compatible with both devices. When no shared compatibility is stated, purchase the parts made for the new phone.
How to Check Compatibility Before Checkout
- Open your phone settings and confirm the full model name.
- Choose that exact device on the Base Case product page.
- Open the desired Snap-On Cover and confirm that the same device appears in its options.
- Check whether the selected option includes only the Snap-On Cover, only the Base Case, or both.
- Review the cart before checkout and make sure the required components are present.
Common Ordering Mistakes
- Choosing Pro instead of Pro Max, or the reverse.
- Assuming all Galaxy S-series covers share one size.
- Buying a Snap-On Cover without a Base Case for a first ImagiSnap setup.
- Selecting the right artwork but the wrong device option.
- Assuming a product image confirms compatibility without checking the option menu.
MagSafe and Magnetic Accessories
ImagiSnap is designed for MagSafe-compatible charging and accessories on supported phone models. Magnetic compatibility does not mean that every charger, wallet, grip or stand will perform identically. Results depend on the phone, case, accessory, charger, power source and alignment.
