Expecto Patronum Snap-On Phone Case

Let me begin by saying this is gorgeous, the design, the mirror, everything; it just looks a bit of a lighter tones and lighter colors in the pictures and official videos, its darker, you can see there is a color variation, but you can’t really see the pink in person very well unless you get close and pay attention or see it from a certain angle, also I wanted my order to be on hold because I wanted to change it, instead of the black border case I wanted to pick a diff one for the BASE case *only*, I got a response from customer service once, they were kind and offered to update or cancel to re order, I asked to uodate it, but my order wasn’t put on hold, I sent them the options I wanted for the base case, but it also wasn’t edited/updated, I guess it’s kinda on me tho too, I didn’t understand how they worked so I didn’t know I could pick a different base case than the default black one; then I just saw it had shipped. This black base works good and is actually very sturdy and it feels nice to hold, overall I feel is very protective and of good quality, so the -1 star it’s just for those minor issues, very lovely overall, also the material is of very nice quality, basically no fingerprints are visible and my hands sweat a lot lol, also buttons feel crisp and very nice to press as well. Also shipping time was good considering it comes from Asia, only 10 days, it shipped on Aug 20th and I received it on Aug 30th.
